A Stripe Film is an insulation PET film of an off-white color. Compared to the clear films of
competitors, our Stripe Films are a more durable and reliable base of carbon printing.
The special design of silver electrodes prevents sparks.
The Stripe Film of HEATVIS is constructed by applying carbon coating on a PET film and emits heat through the carbon layer. The product is realized through the technology that enables carbon painting of 10-micron or less in thickness. The film is heat-treated at 150 ℃ or higher, and unless it is cut up using scissors, the film can be used almost indefinitely.
HEATVIS Stripe Film is completely insulated from any contact with air or moisture due to special insulation treatment.
This makes it possible to use these films almost indefinitely as futuristic heating elements that can be installed on ceilings or walls.
HEATVIS has heavily invested into the development of "healthy" and "more energy efficient" heating solutions for more than 20 years.
It's discovered that conventional heating systems working by air cause allergic issues by air dust circulation, dry skin and sore eyes.
To provide the solution not only for heating but also for health benefits, HEATVIS has worked with a few key university labs as well as an in-house R&D team.
HEATVIS' specially designed Nano Carbon Technology is designed and proven to make an exceptional effect of far-infrared rays offering significant health benefits.
The technology backed by far infrared improves blood circulation, metabolism and skin breathing!
HEATVIS' carbon heating film is designed to emit higher temperature with less input.
The heating film emits higher temperature in comparison with the existing heating films having the same wattage.
It means customers can use the lower wattage product for the same target temperature and ultimately make the users reduce energy/utility bills.
