With the special insulation technology using adhesives, the product is protected from
contact with air and moisture, making it highly reliable and resistant to moisture.

Silver electrodes are formed after carbon printing so that sparks and defects of the products are prevented,
giving the product the advantage of a safe structure.

The PET base film is coated with carbon, which is the heating element. Then, on both sides of the film, silver and copper coating is
applied to form the electrodes. This is followed by the application of the PET film, which is the material to realize insulation, flame resistance,
and water-proofing. This PET film is also reinforced by the fabric material of high strength and elasticity, and this multi-layer structure provides
our plane-shaped heating element high strength and good resistance against heat.
