Experimental Process & Result

During normal operation at 230V, the bimetal does not activate. However, during an emergency condition at 245V, the bimetal activates and cuts off the power supply.
Once the voltage returns to the normal level of 230V, the bimetal deactivates and allows normal operation.

This safety mechanism ensures that the bimetal activates only in emergencies,
protecting the product and preventing burns to the user.

Experimental process

Our product's central maximum temperature was measured to be approximately 7 degrees higher than that of competitors.
The temperature at the top front was measured to be approximately 69 degrees, approximately 9 degrees higher than that of competitors.

Conclusion

Our product appears to generate more convection heat than Company F. Convection heat is also a source of energy for indoor heating,
and our product appears to have an appropriate proportion. In terms of total energy dissipation, our product generates sufficient heat compared to competitors,
contributing to energy savings.While our product has a higher peak temperature, it takes a similar 24 minutes to reach the peak temperature,
suggesting our product is more efficient.
