Stripe Film's construction is deliberately lean. A PET outer film provides insulation and protection; copper and silver busbars distribute current evenly to the carbon stripe heating element; and a PET base film forms the structural foundation. No unnecessary layers -- just the components that matter for consistent, long-term performance. The stripe carbon pattern is the core of HEATVIS Stripe Film's far-infrared output.
