Unlike conventional heating films that require external sensors and controls to manage temperature, PTC Film's safety is built into the material itself. The PTC carbon heating element is the core of this film's self-regulating behaviour. Silver electrodes are applied after carbon printing -- a sequencing specifically engineered to prevent spark formation at the electrode junction. The outer PET film provides insulation and mechanical protection, completing a construction that prioritises safety at every layer.
